In the repair plan of this house, at first , I aimed at improving the performance against the earthquake.

However, in view of future living, the repair plan has extended to various fields.

Along with the progress of the plan, in order to improve the living environment, refurbishment around the water, barrier-free in the room, improvement of the thermal environment were planned together.

Because of the budget, we could only refurbish the first floor that the main living place. However, we succeeded in improving the living environment.
